AT THE MOVIES--TRANSFORMERS the movie

This morning, I just came back from the Friday duty. During last night, I've just watched "Tomb Raider: Cradle of Life"
'way-late' last night over at the TV at my camp venue, athough the channel broadcasted, was over at a malaysian channel TV3. Too bad though, channel 5 already had broadcasted it once, and it kinda gets very boring while watching it as it goes along.

Well, back to the topic. Well, feeling very eager to watch the "TRANSFORMERS" movie, after a nice afternoon nap, I desperately went to JE Entertainment centre, ~again, to watch it. Though the movie, was "cut-short" from what I've would be expecting from the novel which I've read, well, it kinda still remains the same, and furthermore, I began to manage to catch the glimpse of the scenario of the movie, as it goes along.

The graphics was terrific, though most of the parts were focused more on the battle between the Autobots and Decepticons, and the story/plot was "cut-short". For the audience/movie-goers, must say that it's quite alot of people.
I really suggest that people really do go and watch the movie, it's worth the cent, since it's an addition of some hilarious parts and most action!!. For more desirable results, I suggest go read the movie's novel before proceeding to watch the movie.

After that, I kinda, but do not know why???~sigh~ went to grab the movie's soundtrack cd. hmmm...seemed to already being attached to the movie liao~ -_-" ~Cheers!!! =)

Looking Back--Reflections

Looking back, It's really been a year plus since I'm in NS service. Soon, after 4 months more, I will be 'ORD'. Thinking about that, it's really ain't so bad. I get to move out from the 'hustle and bustle stress' of the NS life I've had. Kinnda changed my personal attitude though. Though I've learnt about one thing: you'll have to have tolerance and peserverance in whatever you do. Best of all, "TIME WAITS FOR NO ONE". To some of you, this might not sound revelant, or even nonsense, however, this is what I think and it's what I intend to do.

After my NS, and out of camp, I intend to go to work, before I go to study. Need alot of work experiences first, before I study, I think, due to the fact that I wasn't able to get admissioned into local universities like NUS, NTU, when I went for their undergraduates' admission, given that my ploy GPA is 1 mark away from the ultimate score GPA of 4.0!!!. ~sigh~

ANIME NOT TO BE MISSED

Today, I had just arrived back home from my long, boring duty during yesterday in camp.I have caught up with the TODAY Weekend Newspaper and in the cinemas section, I found a movie of my interest and well, decided to go and watch it, after, of course, my short 1-hour nap.

Regretfully, I must say, that Shaw Brothers at JE doesn't have that movie, only selected cinemas have it, the one closest is Causeway Point. Well, LOL, I went there eventually.Oh yeah, the movie is an Japanese anime, as the cinema column described to be, a popular nominated anime in Japan. It's worth paying for. The name of the Movie is "The Girl who Leapt through Time". Time of the movie is 3.25pm. I arrived there just in time.

You might wonder, why watch this movie? Tell you the truth, I seemed to be obsessed with anime since I've watched cardcaptor sakura years ago. Wonder why?? And after watching many anime from my friends, I'm obsessed on them even more...'Just keep building up...'

Anyway, back to the topic, the movie's not bad. Even worth more watching than your everyday superheroes' movie (including Spiderman, Fantastic Four, Shrek 3 etc... EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE THE 'GOOD' STUFF)!! I really pity for the female character though. She tried to help many people through 'TIME LEAP', resulting in undesired consequences and missing her chances of romance. However, one sentence in the movie does apply to all of us: "TIME WAITS FOR NO ONE".

If you ain't know what I'm talking about, it's better to take into account of watching this movie, for the plot as well. You might find it worth's every penny.

DAY OFF DISCOVERY

Today, I took an 'OFF' from 'the hustle and bustle in camp' and went to Orchard Road. I went there on a self-mission of seeking my pokemon game-guide book and exploration.Where?? What else but Kinokuniya Bookstore at Ngee Ann City.

Hey, there's been changes there since I visited them ages ago (well, before I went to Army).EVEN the ORCHARD MRT station underground passageway to Wisma Atria, and Ngee Ann City has been CLOSED!!!TANGS one just been renovation-in-progress..DUH!!!! They had even brought in Anime stuff (anime vcds, magazines, manga,etc..)!!Hey no offence, but when it comes to Anime...I go crazy with obsession!!!

I had bought the strategy guide book and an manga book eventually...came across lots of other manga as well...(eg. Gundam Seed Destiny Edge series, etc...)plus an anime vcd 'Magister Negai Magi' (Is it how's it spelled?? -_-"), which I intend to buy it in the future!! hehe!!! ... $-_-$...

By the way, I had even managed to get my niece's help on finding for me the anime "Shakugan no Shana"..YEAH!!!! ^_^!!!
